With over 1,440 DMIPS (Dhrystone MIPS), it supports online music services like Spotify and Rhapsody, and Dolby TrueHD and DTS Digital Surround audio decoding.

With built-in HDMI Tx and Rx with ARC (Auto Return Channel) support, MT8507 can also act as a home entertainment audio hub, delivering high-quality audio through a surround sound receiver with ARC-compatible HDTVs and media streamers.
